De esta forma, se fortalecen sus posibilidades de inserci\u00f3n laboral genuina.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Para lograrlo, se trabaja de forma articulada con el sector empresarial de toda la provincia. Por lo tanto, las empresas deben conectarse con la municipalidad donde reside la empresa para realizar el proceso de inscripci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span> <\/span><strong><span>Rol de la Direcci\u00f3n de Empleo y Desarrollo Empresarial:<\/span><\/strong><span> realizar\u00e1 la vinculaci\u00f3n entre la oferta y la demanda de entrenamientos laborales. Ser\u00e1, a su vez, responsable del monitoreo y control del desarrollo del Programa.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span><a href=\"https:\/\/mza-dicaws-portal-uploads-media-prod.s3.amazonaws.com\/informacion-oficial\/uploads\/sites\/17\/2026\/04\/PROGRAMA-ENLACE-2026-1-1-1.pdf\">\u00abMANUAL DE USUARIO\u00bb<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_tab][et_pb_tab title=\u00bbCaracter\u00edsticas del Entrenamiento\u00bb _builder_version=\u00bb4.27.4&#8243; _module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb global_colors_info=\u00bb{}\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p><strong>raci\u00f3n y pr\u00f3rroga:<\/strong><br \/>\u25cf ENLACE tiene una duraci\u00f3n de 4 meses, con posibilidad de extenderlo durante 3 meses m\u00e1s, presentando el correspondiente formulario de pr\u00f3rroga.<br \/>\u25cf Si la pr\u00f3rroga es presentada, pero no as\u00ed el Control Mensual la solicitud de pr\u00f3rroga no ser\u00e1 aceptada.<br \/><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Incentivo Econ\u00f3mico:<\/strong><br \/>\u25cf Durante los primeros 4 meses del programa, cada participante recibir\u00e1 un incentivo mensual equivalente al 80% del Salario M\u00ednimo Vital y M\u00f3vil (SMVM) establecido a nivel nacional. Este aporte ser\u00e1 realizado, en su mayor\u00eda, por el Gobierno de Mendoza.<br \/>\u25cf En caso de pr\u00f3rroga (tres meses adicionales), el incentivo para la persona participante ser\u00e1 responsabilidad en un 50% del Gobierno de Mendoza y el restante 50% de la empresa responsable del proyecto.<br \/><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Carga Horaria:<\/strong><br \/>\u25cf Se pueden realizar entrenamientos de lunes a viernes, de 5.00hs a 23.00hs y\/o los s\u00e1bados de 5.00hs a 14.00hs. No se deben sobrepasar las 4 o 5 horas diarias, seg\u00fan corresponda, ni las 20 horas semanales.<br \/>\u25cf Queda prohibido el entrenamiento antes o despu\u00e9s de las horas permitidas. Los d\u00edas 24 y 31 de diciembre los entrenados podr\u00e1n participar hasta las 18hs.<br \/>\u25cf Queda prohibido entrenarse s\u00e1bados despu\u00e9s de las 14, domingos y feriados establecidos por calendario oficial, ya sean provinciales o nacionales. Aquellos d\u00edas que est\u00e9n establecidos como \u201cNo laborables\u201d quedar\u00e1n a consideraci\u00f3n del Entrenador<br \/>\u25cf Si en el transcurso del Entrenamiento, el entrenado debe cambiar el horario declarado (en car\u00e1cter de declaraci\u00f3n jurada) en el proyecto inicial se permitir\u00e1 una \u00fanica modificaci\u00f3n, siempre que se informe debidamente en tiempo y forma la Oficina de Empleo que corresponda mediante Declaraci\u00f3n Jurada, para luego ser informada a la Direcci\u00f3n de Empleo y Desarrollo Empresaria<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_tab][et_pb_tab title=\u00bbRequisitos \u00bb _builder_version=\u00bb4.27.4&#8243; _module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb global_colors_info=\u00bb{}\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<strong><span>Para Personas Interesadas<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span> <\/span><span>Personas desocupadas que tengan entre 18 y 55 a\u00f1os de edad, con residencia permanente en la Provincia y con <strong><u>educaci\u00f3n secundaria completa certificada<\/u><\/strong> (mediante anal\u00edtico, certificado de anal\u00edtico en tr\u00e1mite o fotocopia del libro matriz).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span> <\/span><span>Personas con discapacidad que tengan vigente el Certificado \u00danico de Discapacidad (CUD).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span> <\/span><span>Estar registradas en la plataforma del Programa. (<a href=\"https:\/\/redprovincialdeempleo.mendoza.gov.ar\/\">Registrarse en Red Provincial de Empleo Personas<\/a>)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span> <\/span><span>No percibir Prestaciones Previsionales o Seguro de Desempleo, ni estar participando en otro programa de Empleo o Capacitaci\u00f3n Laboral de \u00edndole nacional.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span> <\/span><span>S\u00ed podr\u00e1n participar quienes se encuentren percibiendo pensiones no contributivas, beneficios de la Ley N\u00b018.910 y Asignaci\u00f3n Universal por Hijo (AUH).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span> <\/span><span>Podr\u00e1n participar hasta dos (2) miembros del grupo familiar en el Programa.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span>Para Empresas<\/span><\/strong><span> Pueden participar:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span> <\/span><span>Empresas, negocios o comercios (micro, peque\u00f1as, medianas o grandes).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span> <\/span><span>Cooperativas de trabajo.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span> <\/span><span>Monotributistas de categor\u00eda B en adelante. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span>(Se adjunta el formulario mes a mes)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_tab][et_pb_tab title=\u00bbCalendario\u00bb _builder_version=\u00bb4.27.4&#8243;
