_module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb global_colors_info=\u00bb{}\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p><strong>Programa Enlace Joven: Pr\u00e1cticas Profesionalizantes para Estudiantes Avanzados<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es Enlace Joven?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Enlace Joven es un programa destinado a estudiantes de institutos superiores de gesti\u00f3n p\u00fablica y privada, as\u00ed como a estudiantes universitarios y\/o terciarios avanzados, para que puedan desarrollar pr\u00e1cticas profesionalizantes y adquirir experiencia laboral.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Objetivos del Programa<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preponderar el desarrollo de experiencias laborales profesionalizantes para estudiantes avanzados.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitar la incorporaci\u00f3n laboral genuina a la poblaci\u00f3n joven, dado que es el rango etario con mayor incidencia en las tasas de desempleo a nivel local.<\/li>\n<li>Dar respuesta a las demandas de los sectores empleadores respecto a los perfiles laborales disponibles a nivel local.<\/li>\n<li>Articular al sector empresarial de toda la provincia con aquellos estudiantes que se encuentren en condiciones de realizar la pr\u00e1ctica profesionalizante.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul><\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=\u00bb4.27.4&#8243; box_shadow_spread=\u00bb-13px\u00bb box_shadow_color=\u00bbrgba(0,0,0,0.29)\u00bb global_colors_info=\u00bb{}\u00bb][et_pb_tab title=\u00bbRequisitos \u00bb _builder_version=\u00bb4.27.4&#8243; _module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb global_colors_info=\u00bb{}\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<strong>Para Estudiantes (Personas a ser entrenadas)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ser estudiante universitario o terciario avanzado dentro de instituciones de educaci\u00f3n superior, reconocidas y avaladas por la Direcci\u00f3n General de Escuelas (DGE) o el Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n de la Naci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Poseer certificado de estudiante regular.<\/li>\n<li>Poseer anal\u00edtico provisorio o definitivo.<\/li>\n<li>Poseer plan de estudios de la carrera o tecnicatura.<\/li>\n<li>Contar con un 50% de las materias aprobadas.<\/li>\n<li>Tener entre 18 y 30 a\u00f1os de edad, con residencia permanente en la provincia de Mendoza.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Compatibilidades:<\/strong> Podr\u00e1n participar del programa quienes se encuentren percibiendo pensiones no contributivas, Beca Progresar, Asignaci\u00f3n Universal por Hijo (AUH) y monotributistas de categor\u00eda A o B.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Para Empresas e Instituciones (Entrenadoras)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contar con la constancia de inscripci\u00f3n ARCA vigente.<\/li>\n<li>Contar con el certificado REPSAL (Registro P\u00fablico de Empleadores con Sanciones Laborales) vigente.<\/li>\n<li>Contar con cumplimiento fiscal ATM (Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria Mendoza) vigente.<\/li>\n<li>Contar con habilitaci\u00f3n municipal.<\/li>\n<li>En caso de ser monotributista: deber\u00e1 ser categor\u00eda C en adelante.<\/li>\n<li>Cumplimentar con las tributaciones provinciales.<\/li>\n<li>Justificar la solicitud de incorporaci\u00f3n de entrenamientos profesionales en base a la actividad econ\u00f3mica declarada.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_tab][et_pb_tab title=\u00bbCaracter\u00edsticas de las Pr\u00e1cticas \u00bb _builder_version=\u00bb4.27.4&#8243; _module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb global_colors_info=\u00bb{}\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Monto del Incentivo<\/strong>: Cada persona entrenada percibir\u00e1 a t\u00edtulo personal y de forma bancarizada un incentivo mensual. Este aporte es del 85% del Salario M\u00ednimo Vital y M\u00f3vil (SMVM) vigente a nivel nacional y es actualizable de acuerdo con sus variaciones. Este monto estar\u00e1, en su<br \/>mayor\u00eda, cubierto por el Ministerio de Producci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Duraci\u00f3n:<\/strong> El programa tiene una duraci\u00f3n de 10 meses, SIN posibilidad de pr\u00f3rroga.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00a0Carga Horaria:<\/strong> Se pueden realizar entrenamientos de lunes a viernes, de 5.00hs a 23.00hs y\/o los s\u00e1bados de 5.00hs a 14.00hs. No se deben sobrepasar las 4 o 5 horas diarias, seg\u00fan corresponda, ni las 20 horas semanales.<br \/><strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Queda prohibido<\/strong> el entrenamiento antes o despu\u00e9s de las horas permitidas, los d\u00edas 24 y 31 de diciembre los entrenados podr\u00e1n participar hasta las 18hs.<br \/>\u25cf Queda prohibido entrenarse s\u00e1bados despu\u00e9s de las 14, domingos y feriados establecidos por calendario oficial, ya sean provinciales o nacionales. Aquellos d\u00edas que est\u00e9n establecidos como \u201cNo laborables\u201d quedar\u00e1n a consideraci\u00f3n del Entrenador<br \/>\u25cf Si en el transcurso del Entrenamiento, el entrenado debe cambiar el horario declarado (en car\u00e1cter de declaraci\u00f3n jurada) en el proyecto inicial se permitir\u00e1 una \u00fanica modificaci\u00f3n, siempre que se informe debidamente en tiempo y forma a la Oficina de Empleo que corresponda mediante Declaraci\u00f3n Jurada, para luego ser informada a la Direcci\u00f3n de Empleo y Desarrollo Empresarial<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_tab][et_pb_tab title=\u00bbCupos y Beneficios  para Empresas\u00bb _builder_version=\u00bb4.27.4&#8243; _module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb global_colors_info=\u00bb{}\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Cupos por Empresa Entrenadora:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>MICROEMPRESA: 2 personas entrenadas por turno.<\/li>\n<li>PEQUE\u00d1A EMPRESA: 3 personas entrenadas por turno.<\/li>\n<li>MEDIANA EMPRESA: 4 personas entrenadas por turno.<\/li>\n<li>GRANDE EMPRESA: 30% de la n\u00f3mina de empleados.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Beneficios por Registraci\u00f3n Formal de Trabajadores:<\/strong> Por cada participante de Enlace Joven que, una vez finalizada la pr\u00e1ctica, pase al programa Enlazados (contrataci\u00f3n formal), se habilitar\u00e1n 4 nuevos cupos para que la empresa participe en el programa Enlace Joven. La empresa contar\u00e1 con un per\u00edodo de 60 d\u00edas para utilizar este beneficio y todas las nuevas pr\u00e1cticas deber\u00e1n ser presentadas para iniciar en el mismo mes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_tab][et_pb_tab title=\u00bbProceso y Ejecuci\u00f3n del Programa\u00bb _builder_version=\u00bb4.27.4&#8243; _module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb global_colors_info=\u00bb{}\u00bb]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Documentaci\u00f3n de Referencia:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mendoza.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/23\/2025\/02\/PROGRAMA_ENLACE_JOVEN_-_MANUAL_DE_USUARIO20251.pdf\">MANUAL DE USUARIO<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rol de Universidades e Instituciones de Educaci\u00f3n Superior:<\/strong> Ser\u00e1n responsables de gestionar la articulaci\u00f3n con el sector empresario empleador para el relevamiento de demandas de perfiles y la generaci\u00f3n de espacios de entrenamientos profesionalizantes. En base a los relevamientos realizados, deber\u00e1n elaborar los listados de estudiantes que, de acuerdo con los criterios fijados, se encuentren en condiciones de participar del Programa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gesti\u00f3n de Postulaciones:<\/strong> Los listados de estudiantes y empresas deber\u00e1n ser remitidos a las Oficinas de Empleo municipales, de acuerdo con el municipio de residencia declarado por cada una de las posibles personas a entrenar. Ser\u00e1n las Oficinas de Empleo, en virtud de su pertenencia a la Red Provincial de Empleo, quienes a trav\u00e9s del Sistema Ticket registren las postulaciones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Autogesti\u00f3n por Estudiantes:<\/strong> Las personas estudiantes que cumplan con los requisitos espec\u00edficos podr\u00e1n autogestionar sus entrenamientos mediante la b\u00fasqueda de espacios formativos espec\u00edficos que cumplan con los requisitos para empresas entrenadoras. Una vez realizada la gesti\u00f3n, deber\u00e1n acudir a la casa de altos estudios en la cual cursan su formaci\u00f3n para que esta eleve la postulaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de la respectiva Oficina de Empleo.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_tab][\/et_pb_tabs][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=\u00bb4.27.4&#8243;
